Discover a delicious experience...Join us for an evening of dining, music, and friends in the Village. This special summer evening takes place under the twinkling lights of the Village and in our Harvest Cafe as you dine on a bountiful summer menu carefully prepared by our chef and foodservice director TJ Quinn. Invite a few friends and celebrate the beginning of Summer. 

Enjoy live entertainment all evening long and visit the Waltz Wine Bar where you can purchase wine by the bottle or glass. Dress for comfort and style as you experience dining in the Village.

• 6:00pm-6:30pm: Check-in and enjoy butlered hors d'oeuvres and signature mocktails at the stage area featuring:
     -Crispy candied bacon lollipop
     -Crab & corn fritter
     -Goat cheese and Kitchen Kettle Strawberry Preserves tart with pickled rhubarb and jalapeno pepper

• 6:30pm-8:00pm: Find your table and serve yourself at the many delicious food stations featuring a seasonal summer menu including:
     -Grilled jumbo shrimp Maque Choux Orecchiette
     -Braised beef with caramelized pearl onions, duxelles herb butter with Kitchen Kettle Cherry Jam demi-glace
     -Truffle mashed potatoes
     -Grilled asparagus beurre blanc
     -Strawberry gazpacho
     -Caprese Caesar salad featuring Romaine, fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, fresh basil, Focaccia croutons with basil Caesar dressing
     -Strawberry and Myers Rum mousse for dessert
     -Beverages including: water, unsweetened ice tea, coffee

* Please note that guests will be seated inside the Harvest Cafe, but can choose to move outdoors to enjoy their meal. In the case of inclement weather, the event moves entirely indoors to the Harvest Cafe with the same menu.
