This event celebrates the beginning of summer with a fun and delicious kick-off to the warm months ahead! Enjoy live music, yard games and contests, great shopping and summer-themed foods all while raising money and awareness for Music For Everyone!  

2025 events & activities include:

• 10am-Noon - Enjoy the antics of our strolling Stilt Walker and pose for a photo

• 10am-3pm - Hospitality Table - Meet Music For Everyone, receive a free tropical lei for the first 250 people, kids get a fun summer tattoo, plus learn more about how Music For Everyone is putting music back into schools and communities. Don't miss the fun kids' instrument station.

• 10am-3pm - Pepper Lane Fudge & Sweets new sauce sampling located near The Deerskin Leather Shop

• 10am-4pm - Meet Dan with Dutch Country Cheese, sampling some of his delicious products at the Aged & Cured Shop 

• 10:30-Noon - Kenneth Unger & Kinley Zook, folk duo, on the porch of the Country Life shop

• 10:30-Noon - Drum Circle near the entrance of Kitchen Kettle Village - all are welcome to stop by and make some music

• 11am & 1pm - Cheese Stretching Demo in Aged & Cured

• 11am-1pm - Leo DiSanto performing at the top of the Village 

• 11am-12:30pm - MFE Choir performing at the stage area

• 11am-1pm - Balloon Twisting with The Balunguy strolling in the Village 

• Noon-2pm - Face Painting with Joyful Canvas in the Village, by donation

• 12:30pm-2pm - Francesca Babini, singer/songwriter, at the piano of the Country Life shop

• 1pm - Pretzel Twisting Contest at the stage area

• 1pm-2pm - The Headaches, a cover band featuring keyboards, bass and vocals, performing at the stage area

• 1:30pm-3:30pm - Southern End Sax Quartet performing at the top of the Village

• 2:00pm-5:00pm - The Mystic Alpacas, jazz, blues and R & B band, performing at the stage area

• 3-5pm - Happy Hour at The Jewelry Bar with mocktails and special jewelry offer

• All Day - Splash into Summer Passport featuring special shopping offers in participating shops

• All Day - Complimentary wine tasting at Waltz Vineyards and Wine Slushies for sale

• All Day - Yard Games including Corn Hole, Tailgate Toss and Giant Connect 4

• All Day - Try your hand at the MFE "Keys to the City" piano located on the porch of the Country Life shop  

 

Music For Everyone is a non-profit charitable based organization in Lancaster County, PA dedicated to raising awareness and resources to strengthen the role music plays in our schools and communities. Help us as we "rock out" and raise money for Music For Everyone.
