Zesty Franks Recipe


A barbecue flavor, combined with a smoky taste, simmered with franks or meatballs. Delish!


  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Pepper Jam or Jalapeno Jam
  • 3/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 5 lb. franks or meatballs


Mix the jam, barbecue sauce and brown sugar together and pour over franks or meatballs. Allow to simmer on the stove for 1/2 hour or until heated all the way through. You can also put them in a crockpot on low for about 4 hours or until heated through.
