Cream cheese dip with a Kitchen Kettle twist!
Drain pickles, reserving the juice. Chop pickles until fine like a relish, or use a food processor to achieve the texture. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the reserved pickle juice, adding 1 Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached. Stir in finely chopped pickles until combined. For a thicker, but still spreadable consistency, use less pickle juice or omit completely.Serving Tip:Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
