  • 4 oz. #1 tuna loin
  • 2 oz. Kitchen Kettle Jalapeno Jam
  • juice from one orange
  • juice from two limes
  • 1/2 oz. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 orange segmented
  • 1 grilled scallion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • chopped parsley


Mix together; serve in cucumber cup.
