Tuna Tartar Recipe

  • 4 oz. #1 tuna loin
  • 1/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Jalapeno Jam
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 scallion, grilled
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • chopped parsley


Mix together; serve in cucumber cup.
