Tropical Lime Coconut Dressing Recipe

Description

A zesty, creamy dressing perfect for salads or drizzling over grilled chicken or seafood!

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. Olive Basin Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Basin Coconut White Balsamic
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or cilantro

Instructions

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together Persian Lime Olive Oil, Coconut White Balsamic, honey, and Dijon mustard. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh lime juice. Whisk until smooth. Stir in fresh basil or cilantro for added freshness. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week. Shake before serving.

This dressing is amazing over a salad with mixed greens, mango slices, avocado, grilled chicken, and toasted coconut flakes!
