Tom's Peach Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe


A taste of summer for any salad.


  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Ginger Peach Jam
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Place lemon juice, rice vinegar, black pepper, ginger peach jam, and orange juice in blender. Blend just until mixed. Add oil and blend for 15 seconds. Serve over salad greens.
