The Perfect Pickle Dip Recipe

Description

A creamy dip that tastes like your favorite pickle. Goes great with chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 5 - 6 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 1/3 c. Kitchen Kettle Perfect Pickles, finely chopped

Instructions

Chop pickles until fine like a relish, or use a food processor to achieve the desired texture, and set aside. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until soft. Then add the reserved pickle juice, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Stir in finely chopped pickles until combined. For a thicker, but still spreadable consistency, use less pickle juice or omit completely. Remember the dip will be thicker once refrigerated. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving Tip:
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips. Spread on sliced ham or turkey, roll and secure with a toothpick. Try as a sandwich spread.
