Defrost shells, bake in oven according to pkg. directions.Cut open pomegranate and separate out red fruit.Peel kiwi, slice widthwise into rounds, cut rounds into 6 even, pie-shaped pieces.Spoon approx. 1tsp. lemon curd into bottom of each shell.Place one kiwi wedge into each shell, point-down into the curd.Add some pomegranate to each shell for a splash of color and tang! Works best if assembled just before serving.
