Defrost shells. Bake in oven according to pkg. directions.Cut open pomegranate and separate out red fruit.Peel kiwi, slice widthwise into rounds, cut rounds into 6 even, pie-shaped pieces. Spoon about 1 tsp. lemon curd into bottom of each shell. Place one kiwi wedge into each shell, point-down into the curd. Add some pomegranate to each shell for a splash of color and tang! Works best if assembled just before serving.
