Summer Berry Soup Recipe


A refreshing, chilled summer soup.


  • 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Red Raspberry Preserve
  • 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Pineapple Jam
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Half and Half or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint
  • Sour cream


Mix first six ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
Pour into serving dishes and top with a little sour cream, 3-4 fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.

Cooking tip:
Try this soup with some of our other berry flavored jams, jellies or preserves for a change of taste! Top with fresh fruit to compliment the flavor being used.
