Cut a thin layer from the stem end of the remaining strawberries, forming a base so the strawberries can stand upright. Starting at the opposite end of strawberries, slice into four wedges being careful not to slice through the base. Set strawberries aside. In a small bowl beat together the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and Seedless Strawberry Jam until well blended. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the center of each strawberry and arrange onto a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
