Stuffed Strawberries Recipe


A beautiful, sweet, delightful appetizer that is sure to please your guests! Perfect finger food for a party! Truly eye appealing!


  • 18 large strawberries, hulled
  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Seedless Strawberry Jam
  • 2 large strawberries, hulled and diced small


Cut a thin layer from the stem end of the remaining strawberries, forming a base so the strawberries can stand upright. Starting at the opposite end of strawberries, slice into four wedges being careful not to slice through the base. Set strawberries aside. In a small bowl beat together the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and Seedless Strawberry Jam until well blended. Spoon 1 1/2 Tablespoons of the mixture into the center of each strawberry and arrange onto a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with the diced berries just before serving.
