Strawberry Smoothie Recipe


This smoothie uses low sugar strawberry preserves and protein powder (if you need an extra boost).


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 T Kitchen Kettle Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
