Strawberry Rhubarb Cheddar Cheese Spread Recipe

  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 - 5 green onions, finely chopped, include tops
  • 1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Strawberry Rhubarb Jam


In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese, onions, pecans and mayonnaise, mixing well. Spread into a pie pan. Chill several hours in the refrigerator to develop flavors. When ready to serve, unmold cheese form onto a serving plate and top with a generous spread of strawberry rhubarb jam.
