Strawberry Breakfast Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Apricot Jam
• 6 Tbsp. orange juice
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 pints strawberries, quartered

Instructions

Combine apricot jam, orange juice and cinnamon. Stir until a smooth consistency is reached. Fold in strawberries that have been quartered and serve on top of your favorite French toast, waffles or pancakes.
