A healthy and tasty frozen summer treat.
Process yogurt and banana in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into ten - 2 ounce molds. Top each mold with one heaping teaspoon of jam. Swirl to mix in jam. Freeze 6 hours or until completely frozen.*If you don't have popsicle molds, use 3 ounce paper cups and craft sticks.
