A healthy and tasty frozen summer treat.
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1-10 ounce jar Kitchen Kettle Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves
Process yogurt and banana in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into ten 2 ounce molds. Top each mold with one heaping teaspoon of jam. Swirl to mix in jam. Freeze six hours or until completely frozen.
*If you don't have popsicle molds, use 3 ounce paper cups and craft sticks.
