Strawberries in Balsamic Vinegar Recipe

Description

A unique appetizer paring sweet and savory.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries stemmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whip until it forms peaks)

Instructions

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve in crystal or stemware. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream. Place dollop of whip cream on top of each serving and garnish with mint leaves.
