Strawberries in Balsamic Vinegar Recipe


A unique appetizer, pairing sweet and savory.


  • 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped until it forms peaks


Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve in crystal or stemware. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream. Place dollop of whip cream on top of each serving and garnish with mint leaves.
