Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season wings with Jalapeño Olive Oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, whisk together Mango White Balsamic, honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer. Thicken the sauce by adding the cornstarch slurry and stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat. Toss baked wings in the spicy mango glaze until well coated. Serve hot with a garnish of chopped cilantro or sesame seeds.
