Spicy Island BBQ Chicken Salad Recipe


Mouth watering chicken salad, literally!


  • 2 lbs chicken thigh
  • 1 jar kkv hot and spicy bbq sauce
  • 1 papaya small dice
  • 1 mango small dice
  • 1 dill pickle small dice
  • 2 oz apple cider vinegar


Braise chicken thighs in barbeque sauce until tender (about 40 minutes). Strain liquid and reserve. Pull chicken meat and add diced ingredients. Add vinegar and braizing liquid until correct consistency. Serve hot or chilled
