Mouth watering chicken salad, literally!
Braise chicken thighs in barbeque sauce until tender, about 40 minutes. Strain liquid and reserve. Pull chicken meat and add diced ingredients. Add vinegar and braising liquid until correct consistency. Serve hot or chilled.
