This is the easiest way to add some zip to your baked or grilled salmon. Your family and friends will think you spent hours creating this delicious fish entrée.
Heat grill to 350 degrees. Generously grease grate with cooking spray. Grind sea salt and pepper corn on both sides of salmon. Place on grill and squeeze a bit of lemon onto salmon.Cook 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of salmon, flipping meat half way through cooking time. During last 5 minutes of cooking, spread a generous amount of peach salsa down center of salmon fillet or over top of salmon steak.
