Sante Fe Salsa Soup Recipe


A delicious soup featuring salsa.


  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 - 7 oz. pkg. fresh cheese ravioli, kid size
  • 1 c. Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa or Zesty Salsa
  • 1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c. sweet white corn
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped


In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add ravioli. Simmer for 5 minutes or until almost tender. Add beans, corn and salsa. Cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
