This new drink was served at our 25th Annual Rhubarb Festival.
- 1 - 64 oz. bottle grape juice
- 1 - 64 oz. container orange juice
- 3 - 10 oz. jars Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
- 2 - 1 liter bottles Mandarin Seltzer Water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- Sliced strawberries
Mix together grape juice and orange juice. Puree jam in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to juice mixture.
Immediately before serving, add Mandarin Seltzer Water and fruit slices. Serve over ice.
