Rhubarb Sangria Recipe


This new drink was served at our 25th Annual Rhubarb Festival.


  • 1 - 64 oz. bottle grape juice
  • 1 - 64 oz. container orange juice
  • 3 - 10 oz. jars Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
  • 2 - 1 liter bottles Mandarin Seltzer Water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Sliced strawberries


Mix together grape juice and orange juice. Puree jam in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to juice mixture.

Immediately before serving, add Mandarin Seltzer Water and fruit slices. Serve over ice.
