Rhubarb Sangria Recipe


This new drink was served at our 25th Annual Rhubarb Festival in 1979 and it's still a favorite today!


  • 1 - 64 oz. bottle white grape juice
  • 1 - 64 oz. bottle orange juice
  • 3 half pint jars Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
  • 2 liters mandarin seltzer water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Sliced strawberries


In a large pitcher, combine the grape juice and orange juice. Puree jam in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to juice mixture. Immediately before serving, add mandarin seltzer water and fruit slices. Serve over ice.
