Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix and add shortening, working with a fork until mixed. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork, add vinegar, then water and mix. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and combine. Roll out for pie crust.Mix cherry pie filling and 1 cup chopped rhubarb together in a separate bowl, then pour into crust. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
