2006 Rhubarb Baking Contest Winner - 1st Place Rhubarb Dessert Category
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Batter:Mix brown sugar, oil and egg until creamy. In a separate bowl, combine sour milk and baking soda. Stir together with creamy mixture. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Fold in rhubarb and nuts. Spoon into two greased pans.Topping: Combine sugar and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter in both pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
