Rhu-Berry Delight Recipe


This 2014 Rhubarb Festival creation makes a tasty dip!


  • 1-10oz. (1/2 pt.) jar Kitchen Kettle Strawberry Rhubarb Jam*
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • *Can substitute Raspberry Rhubarb Jam if preferred.


Blend well with medium speed electric mixer. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Makes a great dip for fresh fruit, cookies or pretzel sticks.
