Raspberry Rhubarb Fool Recipe

Refreshing, sweet and unique!

Ingredients

  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Raspberry Rhubarb Jam
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

Using a wire whisk, mix together vanilla pudding and milk. Add the jam and whisk until fully incorporated. Fold in cool whip, Chill well and serve. Makes 4 servings

Tip:
You may use Strawberry Rhubarb Jam or Rhubarb Jam in place of the Raspberry Rhubarb Jam.

Serving suggestion:
Top with fresh fruit just before serving.
