Rinse and clean spinach and trim off ends. In a stir fry pan, add your mushrooms in with soy sauce and a Tablespoon of Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil, after about 8 mins of the mushrooms cooking, add your spinach. When spinach is cooked down, place over cooked linguine with another Tablespoon of Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil and top with cheese.Tip: Try our Forage Mushroom and Scallion Jack Cheese from Aged & Cured in place of the Asiago cheese.
