Quick Apricot Pastries Recipe

  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 count
  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Apricot Jam
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla


Unroll crescent rolls and press into bottom of 13x9x2" pan. Spread with jam. Bake for 15 minuets at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over rolls and jam. Return to oven and bake 5 to 6 minutes more.
