Quick Apricot Pastries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 8 refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Unroll crescent rolls: put onto bottom of 13"x9"x12" pan. Spread with jam. Bake for 15 minuets at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over rolls and jam. Return to oven and bake 5 or 6 minutes more.
