Pineapple Salsa Chicken Recipe


Chicken with Fruit Salsa


  • 2 split skinless chicken breast
  • 1 pint peach or pineapple salsa


Place chicken breast in baking dish, pour salsa over top. Cover with tin foil, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, remove tin foil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes (until chicken test done). Serve with salsa poured over chicken
