Pineapple Mousse Recipe

An easy dessert that's delightful and fancy!

Ingredients

• 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/4 c. whole milk
• 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
• 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Pineapple Jam

Instructions

Mix instant pudding according to the directions. Gently fold in whipped cream and pineapple jam. Pour mousse into serving dish and place in refrigerator until mousse becomes firm. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, and you have an easy and fancy dessert to serve to guests.
