This Tea Cooler was served at our 60th Anniversary celebration in 2014 - delicious!
Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep 10 minutes or according to the instructions on the tea box. Remove tea bags and stir in Kitchen Kettle Mint Jelly and Pineapple Jam. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve over ice. Garnish with pineapple and fresh mint if desired.
