Pineapple Lime Salsa Recipe

Description

A refreshing salsa recipe. The combination of lime and pineapple is delightful!

Ingredients

• 1/3 c. Kitchen Kettle Pineapple Jam
• 1/3 c. Kitchen Kettle Pepper Relish
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
• 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 tsp. dried mint flakes
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. zest from fresh lime
• 1 - 8 oz. can sweetened pineapple tidbits, drained

Instructions

Combine ingredients and stir well. Great over fish, such as halibut or fresh tuna; or try it on chicken.
