Pineapple Carrot Smoothie Recipe

Description

A really healthy, fun to make, summer drink.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Pineapple jam
  • 1 c. soy milk, or your favorite milk
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • Fresh Ginger - 1" piece, peeled and minced, approx. 1 Tbsp.
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth. Add honey to taste and blend in. If you like your smoothies a bit more like a frosted drink, you can add a few ice cubes while blending.
