Coleslaw with a touch of the tropics!
- 1 cup Olive Basin Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Olive Basin Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 lbs shredded cabbage
- 1/2 lb shredded carrots
Mix first four ingredients. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste
