Pepper Jam Braised Salmon Recipe

Description

Sweet red pepper jam enhances grilled salmon to create a flavorful entree.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, approx. 5-7 ounces each
  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Pepper Jam
  • Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Baste Salmon with a little olive oil and grill. Brush with Pepper Jam and grill a bit more. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serves four.
