Peach & Crab Hors D'Oeurves Recipe


A great peach and crab combo!


  • 1/2 lb. blackfin or lump crabmeat
  • 2 peaches diced
  • 1/2 cucumber julienne
  • 3 tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Peach Jam
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Belgium endive leaves


Mix ingredients together & fill endive leaves.
