Peach Black Raspberry Cobbler Recipe


A wonderful taste of summer featuring peaches and black raspberry preserves.


  • 1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained, reserving 1/2 cup peach syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Black Raspberry Preserves
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted


Spray an 8” glass baking dish with Pam. Place drained peaches in dish. Mix together reserved peach syrup and Kitchen Kettle Black Raspberry Preserves. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and pour over peaches.

In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add melted butter and blend until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
