Peach and Crab Hors D'oeuvres Recipe

Description

A great peach and crab combo!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. blackfin or lump crabmeat
  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienne
  • 3 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Peach Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Belgium endive leaves

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and fill endive leaves.
