Quick and easy prep for a delicious side dish to serve your family for supper or at a pot luck meal without heating up the kitchen.
Place potatoes, celery and peppers in crockpot. In small bowl, mix vinegar, oil and mustard. Pour over mixture in crock pot. Stir to coat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Garnish with dill, if desired. Serve warm. Store remaining potato salad in fridge.
