Ole' Dog Recipe

Description

This is a great alternative for a hot dog! This was featured at a cooking demo at the 2012 Tailgating Festival at Kitchen Kettle Village.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Jalapeno Slices, if desired
  • Tortilla strips
  • Your favorite hot dog or sausage
  • Rolls, optional

Instructions

Spoon 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the Salsa on top of a hot dog. Top with Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Tortilla strips in the amount desired.

Cooking Tip:
Split your dog down the middle so there is more surface area for all those delicious toppings! Enjoy!
