This brie recipe is sure to impress at your next winter celebration!
- 1-8 oz. wheel Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Apple Butter (with or without sugar)
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Lightly grease a baking dish that is slightly larger than the wheel of Brie. Place the Brie in the dish. Carefully cut off the top rind of the cheese. Spread the KKV Apple Butter on top. Sprinkle with the walnuts. Bake in a 350F oven for 10-15 minutes or cheese is soft. Serve immediately.
