Mexican Chicken Recipe


Liven up chicken breasts with Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa and sour cream.


  • 4 Thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 - 1/2 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • 8 Tortilla chips


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lay the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Spoon your desired amount of Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa on top of each chicken breast. Next top with your desired amount of sour cream. Then break up your desired amount of chips on top of each chicken breast. (I usually use 2 chips per chicken breast, you can use more or less.) Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (If you use regular chicken breast the cook time will be longer.)
