Mexican Chicken Recipe

Description

Liven up chicken breasts with Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • 8 Tortilla chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Spoon desired amount of Kitchen Kettle Mild Salsa on top of each chicken breast. Next top with desired amount of sour cream. Then break up desired amount of chips on top of each chicken breast, about 2 chips per chicken breast, you can use more or less as desired. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. If you use a thicker chicken breast the cook time will be longer.
