Mascarpone Triangoli Recipe

Description

Tossed with Kitchen Kettle Mild and Zesty Salsa!

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone Cream:
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. copped parsley
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • Pasta:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1. Mix together mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, parsley and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Boil 1 pound of your favorite pasta for 10-12 minutes. Strain when properly cooked.
3. In a bowl mix together the Mascarpone cream and pasta.
