Mascarpone Triangoli Recipe


Tossed with Kitchen Kettle Mild and Zesty Salsa!


  • Mascarpone Cream:
  • 2 c. mascarpone cheese
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. of your favorite pasta, store bought or homemade
  • Make your own pasta:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper


Mix together mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, parsley and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook your favorite pasta according to package directions. Reserve one cup pasta liquid. Drain pasta. In a large bowl toss together the Mascarpone cheese mixture and pasta.
