Marmalade Honey Glazed Ham Recipe

Description

Get ready to wow the relatives with this delicious ham!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole smoked boneless ham
  • Whole cloves
  • 1 c. Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade or Cranberry Orange Marmalade
  • 1 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove ham from packaging and place on a cutting board, placing fat side up if your ham has a coating of fat. Score ham in a diamond pattern, making 1/4’’ deep cuts. Place a clove where your cuts intersect. Place ham in a large roasting pan, clove side up. Cover and roast according to the package directions and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, which is approximately 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Combine the marmalade, brown sugar, honey, and mustard in a small bowl. Halfway through the cooking time, baste ham with the glaze. Repeat every 25 minutes until ham is completely cooked. Remove ham from oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. You can pass any remaining glaze with the ham, if desired.
