Marinated Salmon Recipe


Salmon, marinated!


  • 1 1/2 lb. salmon fillet, with skin on one side
  • 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Basin Fig or Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 Tbsp. Olive Basin Lemon Olive Oil


In a bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and lemon olive oil. Reserve one-third of the marinade and place in refrigerator. Place salmon in a gallon plastic bag, and pour remaining marinade into bag, coating all sides. Allow salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour, but no longer than 3 hours. Preheat grill. Brush grates with a small amount of oil or cooking spray for the grill. Remove salmon from marinade and place skin side down on the grill. Grill until done. Serve with reserved marinade.
