  • 1/4 c. Olive Basin Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

To Cook:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tenderloins in a greased baking dish. Pour marinade over and roast for 45-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees.

To Grill:
Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grill for 20 – 30 minutes, basting with marinade the last 5 minutes. Use a thermometer to determine doneness: it should read 145 degrees. Discard remaining marinade.
