Marinated Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Description

Delicious blend of sesame and garlic for your next pork tenderloin meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Olive Basin Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Pour into a resealable one gallon plastic bag. Add pork tenderloin and seal. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

To Cook:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tenderloins in a greased baking dish. Pour marinade over and roast for 45-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees.

To Grill:
Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grill for 20 – 30 minutes, basting with marinade the last 5 minutes. Use a thermometer to determine doneness: it should read 145 degrees. Discard remaining marinade.
Serves 6.
