Marinated Grilled Yellowfin Tuna Steak Recipe

  • 6 - 8 oz. Yellowfin tuna steaks
  • 4 c. white wine
  • 2 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 - 17 oz. jars Kitchen Kettle Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa


Season individual steaks with sea salt and black pepper and set aside. Combine the white wine, lemon juice and basil and marinate steaks for 1 to 2 hours. Drain steaks well. Place on a pre-heated, very hot grill and cook steaks on each side for 2 minutes, Display on plate with Kitchen Kettle Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa.
