Maple Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Description

Brussels Sprouts topped with crispy bacon and a drizzle of sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Basin Bacon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Basin Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ c. cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with bacon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. Drizzle with maple balsamic and top with crumbled bacon before serving.
