Lemon Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Description

Roasted Garlic Potatoes with a splash of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Basin Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway. Garnish with parsley before serving.
