Kung Fu Barbecue Salmon Recipe


This recipe is courtesy of our master chef at the Kling House.


  • 3 oz. Kitchen Kettle Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 3 oz. orange juice
  • 6 oz. Kitchen Kettle Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce
  • 2 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 6 pieces of salmon, approx. 4 oz. each


Mix first 6 ingredients to make sauce, reserving half for later. Marinate the salmon for 24-48 hours. Grill salmon, or for more added flavor, broil on a cedar plank, available at a hardware store.
